  • journal: write everything down, observe
  • smile more
  • say ‘fuck you’ more
  • tell more stories
  • reminder: stay open, stay vulnerable, it’s worth it
  • reminder to the above statement: let the right ones in
  • don’t answer emails after 9pm
  • stick to the gym 5 days a week
  • if offered, take the sublet, move on
  • reminder: do more things for myself
  • reminder: don’t splurge on unnecessary things

  • make more playlists/mixtapes (whatever, i’m corny)
  • go to montauk 
  • jump out of a plane (this may!)
  • don’t go for the last word, it’s never worth it
  • split wardrobe in half, nyc is minimalism  
  • be less stubborn
  • love the right people, show it often
  • learn a new word a day, don’t be a dummy
  • travel, at least twice this year… alone, even
  • actively listen 
  • wake up earlier (yeah, right)

  • marathon the ‘before…(sunrise, sunset, midnight)’ series back to back 
  • drink less 
  • hydrate more
  • read a book a week for the next year

  • go on more dates… with yourself
